Fangers Presents: Swimsuit Special surveys have been sent from Backerkit to the emails associated with your Kickstarter accounts. Be sure to check your spam folder and/or to keyword search “backerkit” before contacting us if you need assistance. Please complete your survey even if you selected a digital reward. We have to have a completed survey to send the digital files from Backerkit.
If you’re having trouble or run into any issues regarding your survey please email [email protected] – messaging or commenting here will not get as quick of a response as if you just email us directly. If you wish to convert your digital pledge to a physical pledge, please email Russ at [email protected] and let him know which physical tier you'd like to switch your pledge to. If you want to see the Hot covers, you can email us or check out our discord server.
Be sure to include your backer # and specify which campaign you're asking about, since we are sending out surveys for new books almost weekly. We’ll get you taken care of quickly as long as you follow the steps above!
REMINDER: If you backed the KS with Pledge-Over-Time, you will NOT get your survey until after your final payment.
Thanks!

Hey, gang!
Be on the lookout for Backerkit surveys to hit your inbox today or tomorrow with digital rewards ready to deploy as soon as you finish your survey.
Print order will be placed in roughly 1-2 weeks once enough surveys have been completed.
As always, if you're having issues with your survey, please contact [email protected] and he will assist you.
Thank you!

An amazing launch considering this campaign was only live for 7 days! WOW!
What you can expect from here:
1. There are several of you with “errored pledges” meaning the card you used to pay for your pledge was declined for whatever reason. Kickstarter will give you one week to update and complete your payment. After that period, if you did not do so, your pledge is forfeited. You’ll still have a chance to re-purchase most items on the Backerkit survey. Launch promotion items won't be available, however – we don’t make those items available on Backerkit to purchase later. So, if you REALLY want the Launch Promotion, then make sure you update your payment method and check with us to make sure it went through.
2. The book is finished and planning to be printed soon but we expect the book to be fully completed by mid-September. Digital rewards will be delivered shortly after Backerkit surveys are deployed.
3. We will send the Backerkit survey 1-2 weeks from now. All digital rewards from previous issues will be available to you once your Backerkit survey is completed. We will post an update once we send out surveys. If you can’t locate your survey, check your spam folders first, and then…
4. …contact [email protected] for any questions or concerns. You can message us on here too, but Kickstarter’s mobile notification system is not great, so we won’t likely respond until we are on a desktop. Your best bet is to contact Shayna directly.
THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE!
Also, if you haven't jumped on our other campaign currently running, well, now is the time!
